As part of Beam On Technology's promise to be a total solution for your SMT needs, we offer fully reusable BGA Reballing Kits that are not only easy to use but also cost effective! You no longer need to scrap your BGA's or send them to an outside service for reballing. With our kit, you can now do it in-house.

Our BGA Reballing fixture is designed to accomodate all BGA types and sizes. All you need to furnish us with is a sample of your BGA. It's that easy!
